Project : To open up a blogshop selling various kinds of shoes :)
Objectives :
- To provide a wide range of shoes from all over the world.
- To satisfy customers with a wide range of shoes.
- To provide an alternative and easier way to fulfill customer's needs.
- To earn profit from the sale of shoes :)
Estimated duration : 3 months for completion of project.

Responsibilty matrix :
- Responsible
- Those who do the work to achieve the task. There is typically one role with a participation type of Responsible, although others can be delegated to assist in the work required.
- Accountable (also Approver or final Approving authority)
- Those who are ultimately accountable for the correct and thorough completion of the deliverable or task, and the one to whom Responsible is accountable. In other words, an Accountable must sign off (Approve) on work that Responsible provides.
- Consulted
- Those whose opinions are sought; and with whom there is two-way communication.
- Informed
- Those who are kept up-to-date on progress, often only on completion of the task or deliverable; and with whom there is just one-way communication.
Current issues :
- people craving for shoes that is not available in their own countries
- current obession for unique/limited designed shoes
Man power requirements :
- To be skilled in creating an interesting template for the blog
- To be able to do publicity well to promote the blogshop
- Able to handle the financial side, eg shipping cost etc
- To be able to handle the wrapping of products and mailing process
- Able to handle unexpected problems, eg out of stock shoes etc
